MMJ raises concrete and clay roof tile from the delivery vehicle to the roof under an agreed loading plan for Florida roofing contractors and suppliers.
The jobsite portion
Place the tile where the installation starts.
Roof tile loading is the jobsite portion of the move. Once the material arrives, MMJ uses appropriate heavy equipment to raise the tile from the delivery vehicle and place it on the roof under the confirmed plan.
Loading can be coordinated with MMJ delivery or reviewed as a loading-only scope. Access, staging, roof readiness, material quantity, and site restrictions must be confirmed before dispatch.

Professional material handling
Telehandler access is part of the job review.
MMJ uses telehandler equipment for roof-tile movement and placement. The machine, route, setup area, and requested reach must fit the actual property and loading scope. Photos and clear site instructions help MMJ review those conditions before the job is scheduled.

Is roof loading the same as roof installation?
No. MMJ raises and places the tile on the roof under the confirmed loading scope. The roofing contractor and installation crew remain responsible for installing the tile.
Can every jobsite be roof loaded?
No job should be assumed loadable before review. MMJ confirms equipment access, staging, roof readiness, tile quantity, loading plan, and site restrictions before scheduling.
Can MMJ load tile that another company delivers?
Loading-only requests can be reviewed when the delivery timing, material, access, equipment setup, and job scope are clearly defined.
