This Delray Beach project combined an Okeechobee pickup with residential delivery and rooftop loading. The equipment approach crossed a finished driveway, and the Estate tile needed to be raised and distributed across a broad, multi-plane roof while preserving organized working areas.
MMJ transported the Estate tile from Okeechobee, covered the driveway approach with plywood, positioned the telehandler, and coordinated the ground-to-roof handoff. On the roof, tile bundles were arranged in working rows across the prepared planes and around roof transitions.
The Estate tile was delivered and rooftop loaded in the Delray Beach area, with bundles staged across the prepared roof sections for the roofing crew’s installation workflow.
