This project combined an Okeechobee plant pickup with residential delivery and rooftop loading in North Palm Beach. The roof's steep pitch made the loading more difficult: palletized tile had to move from street-level staging to a broad, multi-plane roof while the telehandler used a protected equipment route across the driveway.
MMJ collected the released Madera 900 tile at Westlake Royal’s Okeechobee facility, transported it to the North Palm Beach area, staged the pallets for the ground-to-roof handoff, used the plywood-covered equipment approach, and raised the material with a telehandler. Because of the steep roof pitch, lift timing and contractor-directed placement were carefully coordinated so each load could be received and distributed on the prepared roof.
The Autumnwood Madera 900 tile was delivered and rooftop loaded across the steep, multi-plane roof, with the material moved from the protected approach and placed for the roofing crew’s installation workflow.
