What this website is for

MMJ Trucking Solutions LLC uses this site to describe our roof tile delivery and rooftop loading services across Florida and to let suppliers and contractors request a quote. The pages describe the services in general terms. Whether a specific job can be serviced, and on what schedule, is confirmed only after we review the request.

Quotes and scheduling

A quote from this website or by phone is an estimate based on the information you gave us. It becomes a commitment only when we confirm the scope, price, and date with you directly. Pricing and scheduling can change with jobsite access, staging conditions, load details, weather, and plant pickup availability. Delivery windows we give you are targets we work to, and if something moves them, we tell you.

Jobsite access and conditions

Delivery and rooftop loading depend on truthful information about the jobsite: access, staging area, roof condition, and placement plan. If conditions at the site differ materially from what was described, we may have to adjust the price, reschedule, or decline the job for safety. MMJ does not sell or install roof tile; material orders belong to the supplier and installation belongs to the roofing contractor.

Calls, texts and email

Submitting a request means you agree we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about that request. If we text you: message frequency varies with your request, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and you can reply HELP or call (772) 215-8374 for help. Your phone number and the fact that you opted in are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Using our content

The text and photographs on this site are ours. The photos show real deliveries and real equipment. You are welcome to read, print, and share links; copying content or images for commercial use is not permitted without written permission.

Accuracy and liability

We keep the information here current and correct to the best of our ability. Even so, the site is provided as-is: service areas, equipment, and timelines can change, and we are not liable for decisions made on website content alone. Our responsibility for actual delivery and loading work is defined by the confirmed scope for that job, and nothing on this page reduces rights that Florida law gives you and does not let us take away.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we change them, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
