This policy explains what MMJ Trucking Solutions LLC collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to have it removed. It covers this website only.
What we collect
We collect what you type into one of our quote or delivery request forms. Depending on the form, that is:
- Your name and phone number, which are required
- Your company name and email address, where you provide them
- The service you need, the jobsite city or address, and anything you write in the notes
- Technical details that come with the submission: the page you submitted from, the page you arrived on, and the website that referred you
The two-step quote form sends your contact details when you press Continue, before the final step, so we can follow up on your request even if the last step does not finish.
We do not ask for and have no use for payment details, financial information, or government identification numbers. Please do not send them through this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your request. Your contact details let us call or email you back with a quote, and the jobsite details mean the person who calls already understands the delivery or loading work you are asking about. The technical details tell us which pages actually produce requests, so we know what is worth keeping.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service, which formats your request and emails it to the business owner. Formspree processes the message on our behalf and does not use it for anything else.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other delivery companies, suppliers, or lead-generation services. The only reason we would ever hand your details to anyone else is if the law required it.
Calls, texts and consent
Submitting a request means you agree we may reach you by phone, text or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw that at any time: reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or contact (772) 215-8374 or mmjr195@gmail.com and ask us to stop. We will.
Cookies and analytics
This website runs Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies and records technical details such as your device type and approximate location. It does not receive your name, phone number, or anything you type into a form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings and the website still works. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels; if that changes, this page will be updated before they go live.
How long we keep it
Your request stays in the business owner's email records so there is a history of the work discussed. If you would rather it were deleted, ask us and we will remove it.
Your choices
Contact (772) 215-8374 or mmjr195@gmail.com and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.
Children
This website is intended for roofing suppliers, contractors, and property owners arranging deliveries. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
