Roof tile delivery across Florida

MMJ collects released concrete or clay roof tile orders from the designated Florida manufacturer or pickup point and transports them to roofing jobsites under a confirmed scope.

From release to jobsite

A delivery planned around the actual tile order.

Roof tile delivery begins after the contractor or supplier confirms that the order is released for pickup. MMJ reviews the origin, material and load information, exact project address, requested date, and physical access before confirming the move.

The quote can cover plant-to-jobsite transportation, rooftop loading, or both. The supplier continues to manage the material order, and the roofing contractor remains responsible for installation.

How delivery works

Three confirmations before the truck moves.

Clear information at the start protects the schedule and avoids dispatching against an incomplete release or unsuitable site.

01

Order released

Provide the supplier, order reference, confirmed pickup point, product, quantity, and load details.

02

Route reviewed

Confirm the jobsite, requested timing, on-site contact, entrance, and equipment-staging information.

03

Scope scheduled

MMJ confirms whether the move is delivery only or includes rooftop loading under the agreed plan.

Delivery questions

Before scheduling a tile move

Who places the roof tile order?

The roofing contractor or supplier places and manages the material order. MMJ needs the confirmed release and designated pickup information before scheduling transportation.

Can MMJ add rooftop loading to the delivery?

Yes. Delivery and rooftop loading can be reviewed together. Access, equipment setup, roof readiness, tile quantity, and the requested loading plan must be confirmed.

What tile can MMJ transport?

MMJ focuses on concrete and clay roof tile. Send the product and load information so the equipment, route, and scope can be reviewed before confirmation.

Need plant-to-jobsite transportation?
