Challenge

This Jupiter project required more than ground-level delivery. Heavy concrete tile had to move from palletized staging to multiple prepared roof sections while working around ridges, valleys, vents, and other roof features.

MMJ picked up the released Saxony 900 tile at Westlake Royal’s Pompano Beach plant, transported it to Jupiter, protected the driveway with plywood, positioned the telehandler, and raised field, trim, and ridge material for organized rooftop distribution.

The Slate Black Antique Saxony 900 tile was delivered and rooftop loaded in Jupiter, with bundles organized across the prepared roof planes for the roofing crew’s installation workflow.
