    Jupiter area · Palm Beach County, FLA telehandler raised strapped tile pallets to the roof. The tile was then separated into bundles and distributed across multiple roof planes.

Challenge

This scope combined an Okeechobee plant pickup with a residential delivery in the Jupiter area and rooftop placement on a multi-plane roof. The driveway also needed protection before the telehandler could approach the loading position.

MMJ plan

MMJ transported the selected tile to the jobsite, laid plywood over the driveway, positioned the telehandler on the protected path, and lifted tile pallets to the roof. At roof level, the tile was separated into manageable bundles and staged across the roof planes.

Outcome

The Okeechobee-to-Jupiter delivery and loading scope was completed with the driveway covered during equipment access and the Saxony 900 Split Slate tile organized across the prepared roof for the installation crew.
